This round base locks the umbrella pole in from the top.
The PRO-1 Smart tube is the reason. The pole is held at the top of the base rather than deep inside it, which gives the umbrella sturdier support. Plastic adaptors in the stainless steel tube suit a 3.8cm or 4.8cm pole.
The base weighs 25kg and is built from granite and steel with a gloss granite finish. Short feet underneath keep it off your paving or decking. Two wheels and stainless steel handles get it moving when the umbrella needs to shift.
