Changed your mind, or something not right? Returns with us are simple and honest — here's exactly how it works.
Change-of-mind returns — 30 days
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery, as long as they are:
- Unused and unassembled
- In their original packaging
- In resaleable condition
To start a return, contact us with your order number — we'll confirm the details and send you the return address and instructions. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is at your cost, and we recommend a tracked service.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
We're sorry — we'll make it right. Please:
- Contact us within 5 business days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging
- Keep the item unassembled until we've assessed it
Depending on the issue, we'll arrange a replacement, repair, spare parts or a full refund — including any return shipping, which is on us for damaged, faulty or incorrect items.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days and email you a confirmation.
Exchanges
The fastest way to swap is to return the original item and place a new order — that way your replacement isn't waiting on the return post. If you're unsure what to swap to, ask us — we're happy to help you choose.
Your rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality. Nothing in this policy limits those rights.
