Before you order a large setting, check your access. Doorways, lifts, stairs and the turn at the top of a narrow staircase are where things go wrong. Check the sizes on the product page, and email us if the one you need isn't shown.

What if something arrives damaged?
Contact us, with photos if you can, and we will sort it out. Please report it within 5 business days of delivery so we can claim with the carrier. Later reports are still accepted. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing goods are covered under the Australian Consumer Law: for a major failure you can choose a refund or replacement, and for a minor failure we will repair or replace the item, at our option, within a reasonable time. If we don't fix it within a reasonable time, you can have it fixed elsewhere and recover reasonable costs, or reject the goods and get a refund.
