Bulky items go with specialist furniture couriers. Delivery is to the ground-floor entrance only, with no carry-up, unpacking or assembly. Check your access before ordering large items, including gates, lifts and the path through to the terrace.

One honest note about WA. Most of our commercial outdoor range can't be delivered to WA, and across the whole store about 1 in 6 products can't. Check the Delivery line on each product page before you order. If an order includes one, we cancel that product and refund it in full, or cancel the whole order and refund everything, including delivery, if you prefer. What if something arrives damaged?

Contact us, with photos if you can, and we will sort it out. Please report it within 5 business days of delivery so we can claim with the carrier. Later reports are still accepted. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing goods are covered under the Australian Consumer Law: for a major failure you can choose a refund or replacement, and for a minor failure we will repair or replace the item, at our option, within a reasonable time. If we don't fix it within a reasonable time, you can have it fixed elsewhere and recover reasonable costs, or reject the goods and get a refund.
