Bulky items go with specialist furniture couriers. Delivery is to the ground-floor entrance only, with no carry-up, unpacking or assembly. Raised decks, first-floor terraces and rooftop areas are worth a thought before you order, because the driver delivers to the ground floor and a heavy setting still has to get up there. Plan for that, because we do not offer a carry-up, assembly or installation service.
Delivery timeframes are estimates. Wet season weather and carrier volumes can add time. If anything changes we will let you know.

Look for UV-stabilised polypropylene or resin, which holds its colour far longer than standard plastics or painted finishes. For frames, powder-coated aluminium handles UV and humidity without rusting. Mid and darker tones tend to show fading less than bright colours.

Moulded polypropylene and resin seats dry quickly after a storm, and powder-coated aluminium frames do not rust in the humidity. Stackable chairs can be brought in under cover when a storm is coming.
Can you deliver upstairs to a raised deck or rooftop terrace?
No. Delivery is to the ground-floor entrance only, so the driver will not carry a large setting upstairs. We do not offer a carry-up, assembly or installation service, so plan to have help on hand to take it up and put it together.
What if something arrives damaged?
Contact us, with photos if you can, and we will sort it out. Please report it within 5 business days of delivery so we can claim with the carrier. Later reports are still accepted. Faulty, damaged, incorrect or missing goods are covered under the Australian Consumer Law: for a major failure you can choose a refund or replacement, and for a minor failure we will repair or replace the item, at our option, within a reasonable time. If we don't fix it within a reasonable time, you can have it fixed elsewhere and recover reasonable costs, or reject the goods and get a refund. We don't accept returns for change of mind, so please check sizes, colours and specifications before ordering. Where a product page states a warranty period, the manufacturer's warranty applies too.
