Description
Wood smoke is the one thing a gas barbecue cannot do on its own.
The stainless steel smoker pipe changes that. Take the cover end off, fill it with wood chips or pellets, put the lid back on and set it over a lit burner. It also works in a charcoal barbecue, sitting on or near the lit charcoal.
When the pipe stops smoking the contents are spent and can be replaced. Soaked or dry chips both work, so you can match the wood to the food the way you would match a drink to it.
The stainless steel is dishwasher safe. The pipe will be hot at the end of a cook, so move it with heat resistant gloves.
