Description
Everything on the PRO-S 625 is set up for cooking a lot of food at once.
Five stainless steel main burners cover 88 x 46 cm, with 6364 cm² of cooking area in total. A rear infrared burner runs the rotisserie. A large infrared sear station on the side does sauces, sides or a proper sear.
The body is stainless steel and easy to maintain. The 7.5 mm WAVE grids stop food falling through and heat evenly. Dual-level stainless steel sear plates vaporise drippings. SafetyGlow knobs show red while a burner is in use.
