Big cooks are the reason for the 625, and this one is plumbed to natural gas.
Five stainless steel burners sit under an 88 x 46 cm main cooking area, 6364 cm² in total. Run half of it hot and half of it low and a whole meal comes off at once. The infrared side burner takes the sauces or a hard sear.
Grids are 7.5 mm stainless steel in the WAVE shape, which spreads heat and leaves the sear marks. Dual-level sear plates vaporise the drips. The black porcelain enamel and powder coat keep the outside easy to wipe down.
