Description
A built-in plancha gives you a flat solid cooking surface instead of grill bars.
That suits eggs, onions, small seafood and anything else that falls through a grate. Two U-shaped burners sit under the plate with a baffle between them, which sets up two separate temperature zones. There is room for 28 burgers at once.
The body is 304 stainless steel and the cooking surface is 430 stainless steel at 5 mm thick. A lid comes with it and lifts off completely if you would rather leave the plate open. The grease tray pulls out from the front and a scraping tool is built in.
