Stainless steel and a rolling trolley put this Crossray Xplor wherever the crowd ends up.
Side shelves fold out for plates and tongs, then fold back in when the deck needs the room. Castor wheels take care of the moving. Cooking runs from a hard sear to a slow roast, and pizza is no trouble.
Behind that is a set of patented angled infrared burners. Four of them, high intensity ceramic, 13 MJ/hr each and 52MJ/hr all up, using 50% less gas than conventional gas BBQs. The body is 304 SS with die cast end panels.
