Black through the body and set on a trolley, the Crossray Xplor TCX4PL-B moves to wherever you are cooking.
The Xplor pairs the intense heat of charcoal with the convenience of gas. Patented angled infrared burners spread heat evenly and cut down flare-ups. It goes from a high heat sear to slow roasting, and it will do a pizza.
Four high intensity ceramic infrared burners run at 13 MJ/hr each, 52MJ/hr in total, and use 50% less gas than conventional gas BBQs. The build is 304 SS with die cast end panels.
