Roasting a big cut outside takes steady heat over hours, and this Crossray eXtreme outdoor kitchen is set up for that kind of cooking.
The electric BBQ covers grilling, roasting large meats and low and slow. A meat probe is included to set the temperature you want the meat to reach. The digital display is programmable and reads the temperature back to you.
Cabinets are zinc-coated and powder-coated mild steel, suited to exposed and coastal sites. Sintered stone benchtops with waterfall ends sit on top and resist UV, moisture, heat, scratches and stains.
