Gas for speed and charcoal for flavour, in one barbecue.
The gas grill handles a weeknight. The charcoal kettle is there when you want smoke and time. A charcoal lighting burner gets the coals going faster, and the kettle has a vent and exhaust system for temperature and smoke control. The hinged lid means you are not looking for somewhere to put it down.
Three 304 stainless steel tube burners produce 11.9 MJ each. One more stainless steel burner assists the charcoal with 10.5 MJ. Flare-Free Technology captures and removes 75% of grease while you cook. The Charcoal Glimmer finish covers both halves.
