The infrared thermometer reads the stone before you shoot the pizza in. The wooden peel has a bevelled edge so the base slides on and off, and it fits one pizza. The stainless steel peel lifts the cooked pizza out to a board or a tray. The turner spins the pizza inside the oven so it cooks evenly where the stone runs warmer in patches. The rocking cutter slices the full width in one motion.
