The small Shelta cross frame has closer hole centres than the large one, at 10.5cm crossways and 7.7cm sideways.
Everything else about it is the same job. It sits under the umbrella as the cross frame base and fits most of the Shelta range that needs one. Length is 100cm.
The steel is mild steel with a powder-coated finish.
