A pole and base come with the Snug hanging chair, so it stands on its own.
There is no hook to fit and nothing to drill into the ceiling. Put it in a corner of the patio or inside near a window. The opening is wide, so taller people can settle back and stay comfortable for hours.
The basket is woven from double thickness rattan in natural. It sits on a sturdy powder coated steel frame. The fitted base cushion and the two head rest pillows are a polyester blend.
