Description
A commercial grade rotisserie kit comes with this 38 inch built-in grill head, and there is storage for it under the barbecue.
The main cooking area measures 90 cm x 46 cm. Five stainless steel burners cover it, with an infrared rear burner behind for spit roasting. The battery free ignition lights burners with a jet of flame, so there is nothing to replace.
The body is 304 grade stainless steel. The 9.5 mm cooking grids are virtually maintenance free and the wave shape spreads the heat and stops food falling through. Dual level sear plates send drippings to perforated grease management plates, which cuts down the buildup.
