High ceilings are the reason this extension exists.
The ceiling mounting pole drops a Heatstrip wall mounted gas heater 500mm lower than it would otherwise sit. It also lets you mount from the ceiling when there is no wall to use, which opens up spots in the middle of a space.
It is an optional part, not something the heater needs to run. It works with the Heatstrip Wall Mounted LPG Gas Heater and the Heatstrip Wall Mounted Natural Gas Heater.
Measure the drop you need before ordering, because the pole brings the heater down by 500mm. Getting the height right is what puts the heat where people sit.
