Radiant heat comes straight off the firebox surface, and that is how the Eureka Amber warms a room.
It suits a house with poor insulation or high ceilings, where warm air moves away from the people in the room. Output is 12kW and coverage runs to 240m2. A boost air inlet makes lighting the fire easier.
The door is heavy duty cast iron. Inside is a dual baffle system with an 8mm primary baffle over a firebrick lined firebox. Log size is 535mm and flue size is 150mm.
