Most of our range is powder-coated aluminium, weather-resistant timber or UV-stabilised outdoor fabric. Wash with mild soapy water, rinse well and let everything dry before covering. Description
The pizza oven insert turns a Buschbeck BBQ or outdoor fireplace into a backyard pizzeria.
It is an optional extra that slides into the fire over hot coals. Nothing is fixed in place, so it goes in when you want pizza and comes out when you want an open fire.
The insert is made from high quality stainless steel with a soapstone pizza stone and a steatite plate. Steatite is a metamorphic rock similar to jade, also known as soapstone. It has excellent resistance to sudden changes in temperature, which is exactly what a pizza stone has to cope with.
