One grill, two cooking surfaces. This heavy duty rack is reversible.
The cooking bars are shaped in an inverted V. One side focuses the heat into the bars for sear lines. Flip it over and the grooves channel away excess cooking juices, which suits fattier food such as belly pork or ribs.
The grill is cast iron with a porcelain coating. The porcelain enamelled coating makes it easier to clean after use and prevents corrosion to the grilling surfaces.
