Description
A pizza oven is only half the job. The peels, the cutter and the thermometer do the rest, and this package includes all of them.
The thermometer reads the stone before the pizza goes in. The wooden peel shoots it into the oven, the stainless steel peel lifts it back out, and the rocking cutter slices it in one motion. A base extension raises the cooking area to a better working height.
At the centre of it is the Buschbeck Rondo, an outdoor fireplace, barbecue and pizza oven in one. It burns charcoal, logs or firewood, stores fuel underneath and cleans up with a jet wash if the surface starts to look weathered.
