Charcoal for the steaks, then logs for the rest of the night. The Rondo in mocha handles both.
It works as an outdoor fireplace, a barbecue and a pizza oven. Cooking gets four adjustable heights and a heavy duty chrome grill with plenty of space to grill on. The pizza insert can be added or removed at any time, and the refractory firebox takes other accessories as you go.
The build uses a concrete formula with a rugged quartzite finish and steel reinforced components, so no painting or plastering is required. A stainless steel insert sits within the mantelpiece.
