Description
An electric version of the PRO285 means no gas bottle and nothing to refill.
It is all black with a cast aluminium high-topped lid, which gives it the height to roast rather than only grill. The design is windproof and holds heat in, which helps on an exposed balcony. High heat searing is straightforward.
Porcelain coated cast iron cooking grids in the WAVE shape heat evenly and become non-stick as they season, the same way a cast iron skillet does. The thermostat and burners lift out for cleaning and the drip tray is porcelain.
