Napoleon's reversible cast iron griddle sits on the cooking grids and gives you a flat side for everyday work and a reverse side for sandwiches pressed panini style. Caramelise onions beside the burgers on one side. Turn it over for the other job.
It is black cast iron with a porcelain coating. Season it the way you would season an old family frying pan and it gets better every time it goes on the heat. Small holes in the surface drain grease away from the food, which is what gets bacon crisp and sausages browned.
Turns the barbecue into a breakfast station without any extra gear.
