Description
Napoleon put a rotisserie burner behind the grids on the PRO-S 525, and this build is plumbed for natural gas.
Four stainless steel main burners cover the 73 x 46 cm cooking area, 5450 cm² in total. The infrared sear station on the side handles a steak or a pan of sauce without tying up the main grids.
Construction is stainless steel and easy to look after. The 7.5 mm WAVE grids heat evenly. SafetyGlow knobs glow red while a burner is in use, so a quick look tells you what is still running.
