A charcoal kettle grill from Napoleon with hinged cast iron cooking grids.
Charcoal gives you the sear that gas does not. Three cooking heights and airflow management provide precise temperature control, so you can run it hot for steak or hold it lower for a long cook. The hinged grids let you add charcoal or woodchips without lifting everything off.
The cooking grids are porcelain coated cast iron in the iconic WAVE pattern that leaves the distinctive sear marks. A large stainless steel heat diffuser lifts the charcoal off the bowl so heat radiates evenly and spent charcoal drops to the ash catcher. The body is porcelain coated steel.
