On its own trolley, this four burner Crossray sits ready on a deck or patio without a built in kitchen.
The cooking is what sets it apart. Ceramic infrared burners give the even heat of red hot coals with none of the flare-ups. Meat holds its juices instead of drying out over hot spots.
Four high intensity burners run at 13 MJ/hr each for a 52MJ/hr total. Construction is 304 SS with die cast end panels. Electronic ignition handles the start and the front drain tray is easy to get at.
