Cold storage and dual fuel cooking sit in the same run of cabinetry here.
The barbecue puts a full size charcoal kettle and a full size gas grill in one unit. Beside it the cupboard module adds bench and storage, and the fridge module keeps drinks where the cooking happens. It reads as one built kitchen rather than a barbecue with a table next to it.
Three 304 stainless steel tube burners produce 11.9 MJ each. A stainless steel gas assist burner lights the charcoal and adds 10.5 MJ. Flare-Free Technology captures and removes 75% of grease while cooking, and the kettle has a vent and exhaust system for temperature and smoke control.
