A full size charcoal kettle sits beside a full size gas grill in this Shadow Gloss Revolution.
Run the gas when dinner has to be on the table. Run the charcoal when the afternoon is yours. Run both when there is a crowd. The kettle takes a hinged lid for hands free cooking and a vent and exhaust system to control temperature and smoke.
Three 304 stainless steel tube burners produce 11.9 MJ each. One more stainless steel burner assists the charcoal at 10.5 MJ, for 46.2 MJ in total. The double-layer hood holds heat and the side shelves fold down.
