Built in rather than free standing, the Coleman Pro 5B drops into an outdoor kitchen bench.
That is the difference between a barbecue parked against a wall and a kitchen you cook in. Cabinetry runs either side and the hood is the only thing above the benchtop. It runs on natural gas, so there is no bottle to change.
Burners and flame tamers are 304 stainless steel. Grills are cast iron with a porcelain coating. The double walled lid holds heat when you cook with it down.
