Cooking for a full table most weekends is what the natural gas PRO-S 625 is built around.
The cooking area runs 88 x 46 cm, 6364 cm² in total. Behind the grids the infrared rotisserie burner handles roasts. To the side the infrared sear station covers sauces and searing without crowding the main burners.
The stainless steel body is easy to maintain and the 7.5 mm WAVE grids spread heat evenly. Dual-level stainless steel sear plates vaporise the drippings and keep the burners clear. SafetyGlow knobs illuminate red while a burner is running.
