Room to run different heats at once is what the four burner 525 gives you.
The main cooking area is 73 x 46 cm with 5450 cm² in total. That is enough to keep vegetables warm at one end while meat sears at the other. An infrared SIZZLE ZONE side burner adds a sear station beside the main grids.
The grids are 7.5 mm stainless steel in the WAVE shape. Black porcelain enamel and powder coat cover the outside. White backlit knobs read clearly at night and a stainless steel warming rack sits over the grids.
