Description
Spit roasting is what the rear infrared burner on the Rogue PRO-S 425 adds to a normal gas BBQ.
It turns a slow roast into an easy job while the main burners handle everything else. The large infrared sear station on the side takes care of sauces, sides or a steak that needs a hard crust.
This is the stainless steel version. The WAVE shaped grids are 7.5 mm stainless steel and hold food up out of the flame. Dual-level sear plates vaporise drippings before they burn. SafetyGlow knobs light up red while a burner is in use.
