Description
The natural gas build of the Rogue PRO 425 stays plumbed in, so there is no bottle to swap out mid cook.
Three stainless steel burners cover a 60 x 46 cm main cooking area, 4574 cm² all up. An infrared SIZZLE ZONE side burner sits beside them for searing or for sauces. A porcelain coated griddle insert is included for the flat plate jobs.
The 7.5 mm WAVE grids are stainless steel. Dual-level sear plates vaporise the drips before they reach the burners. Black porcelain enamel and powder coat keep the maintenance simple, and there is a bottle opener built into the trolley.
