Description
Three main burners run the middle of this black Rogue PRO 425 and an infrared sear station sits off to the side.
The sear station is the part that changes how you cook. Sauces and sides can sit on it while the main grids stay clear, or it can put a hard crust on a steak. The main cooking area is 60 x 46 cm with 4574 cm² in total.
Grids are 7.5 mm stainless steel in the WAVE shape. Black porcelain enamel and powder coat keep the outside simple to clean. White backlit knobs make the settings readable at night and a stainless steel warming rack sits above the grids.
