Description
The LEX 485 is a grill head, which means it goes into the bench when you are building an outdoor kitchen rather than standing on its own.
Infrared burners sit at the bottom and the back. The bottom SIZZLE ZONE sears quickly and the rear burner covers rotisserie cooking. With the hood down it behaves like an oven, so baking and roasting outside work much like they do inside.
Three stainless steel burners run the main cooking area under stainless steel WAVE grids. JETFIRE ignition lights the burners with a jet of flame. The backlit control knobs make it usable after dark.
