This Napoleon fast read digital thermometer saves you doing it. Push the steel rod into the centre of the meat or fish and the LED display shows the temperature within 4 to 5 seconds, in either Celsius or Fahrenheit.
It suits the barbecue grill, the oven and even the frying pan, so the one tool covers most cooking. Clean the stem with soap and water only. Do not wash it in the dishwasher.
