Carving a roast makes juice, and the juice has to go somewhere.
This Napoleon PRO board has a trough cut around it to catch the lot. The juice pours out through the handles and into either of the two stainless steel bowls that come with it. Those bowls hide away inside the board when they are not in use.
The board itself is bamboo. Bamboo is dense, which makes it easier to look after than a traditional hardwood board, and it is a renewable resource that reaches harvest in a few years rather than decades.
