This cast iron griddle is shaped to fit the TravelQ portable gas grill, so a barbecue that already travels well can also do breakfast. Burgers on one side with onions caramelising beside them. Hot sandwiches served panini style on the reverse.
It seasons up the same way the cooking grids do, and the same way a favourite frying pan does. Small holes let grease drain away from the food, which is what gets bacon crisp and sausages succulent.
A carry and storage handle is built in, so it packs away with the rest of the gear.
