Description
Cooking on a flat plate is a different job to cooking on bars, and this built-in griddle is made for the flat plate side of it.
The surface is 430 stainless steel, 5 mm thick, over two U-shaped burners. An integrated baffle splits the plate into two temperature zones so a batch can be cooked on one side and held on the other.
Ignition is one touch. The SafetyGlow Plus knobs glow red when the gas is on and blink if the flame goes out. Cleaning happens from the front with a removable grease tray and a scraping tool built into the unit.
