Description
Electric cooking sits at the centre of this Crossray eXtreme outdoor kitchen.
The BBQ reaches 300°C+ and holds a set temperature from a digital programmable display. That covers grilling, roasting large meats and low and slow work. A meat probe comes with it so you cook to a number instead of guessing.
Benchtops are sintered stone with waterfall ends. The stone is engineered to resist UV, moisture, heat, scratches and stains. Cabinets underneath are zinc-coated and powder-coated mild steel, which suits exposed and coastal sites.
