Description
Dropping the barbecue into the bench leaves the top of an outdoor kitchen flat.
This Crossray drop in unit is built for that. Two high intensity angled infrared burners run at 13MJ each, fully controllable on their own with electronic ignition, over a range from 150°C to 350°C and above. The heat behaves more like a bed of red hot coals, so food cooks evenly without flare-ups.
The build is 304SS with die cast end caps and a double skinned hood. Cooking runs across two surfaces, top and bottom, with 3,506 square centimetres of area, and the bottom grill surface is self-cleaning. The control panel is concealed on the right hand side and the drain tray pulls out at the front.
