Description
Rotisserie roasting, a side sear station and four burners across the middle come together in the stainless steel PRO-S 525.
The rear infrared burner turns slow roasting into a set and forget job. The side burner does the sauces and the sides, or gets hot enough to sear properly. The main grids cover 73 x 46 cm with 5450 cm² all up.
WAVE shaped grids in 7.5 mm stainless steel give even heat and stop food dropping through. Dual-level stainless steel sear plates vaporise the drippings before they can burn. The stainless steel construction is easy to maintain.
