This Crossray in-built BBQ is made to be built into an outdoor kitchen of your own.
Infrared burners cook more like a bed of red hot coals than a standard gas grill. Heat spreads evenly across the whole surface and flare-ups drop off sharply. Food comes off tastier and juicier for it.
There are four high intensity ceramic infrared burners at 13 MJ/hr each, for 52MJ/hr in total. Electronic ignition starts it. The body is 304 SS with die cast end panels and there is a front drain tray you can reach without crouching.
