Planning an outdoor kitchen starts with the BBQ, and the stainless steel Xplor TCX4FL is built to sit into the bench.
Once it is in, the front sits flush with your cabinetry. Cooking covers a lot of ground. High heat searing at one end, slow roasting at the other, pizza somewhere in between.
The burners are the reason. Four high intensity ceramic infrared burners at 13 MJ/hr each, 52MJ/hr in total, angled and patented to spread heat evenly and reduce flare-ups. They use 50% less gas than conventional gas BBQs.
