There is no gas bottle to chase with this outdoor kitchen. The Crossray eXtreme BBQ in the run is electric.
It still cooks hot. Performance is 300°C+, which the maker rates as equal to or better than a standard gas BBQ. A digital programmable display holds the temperature and a meat probe tells you when the food is there.
The benchtop is sintered stone with waterfall ends, engineered to resist UV, moisture, heat, scratches and stains. Cabinets are zinc-coated and powder-coated mild steel, suited to exposed and coastal sites.
