Lifting the meat off the grill lets the heat move around it.
This roasting rack is made from durable stainless steel and holds the roast above the grill for even heat distribution. It fits the TCE22HT portable, the TCE22TR trolley and the TCEK outdoor kitchen, and works with both electric and gas barbecues.
Built-in side handles let you move the roast from the grill to the serving platter without a juggle. The rack measures 39.5 x 25 x 13cm and is easy to clean.
It suits a roast or a low and slow cook.
