Description
Charcoal flavour on a gas grill takes a tray that sits down on the burners.
This cast iron tray turns a Napoleon gas grill into a charcoal grill and smoker. Take out the cooking grids and sear plates over at least two burners, put the tray directly onto the burners, add a single layer of charcoal, then turn the burners on and replace the grids.
Once the charcoal has ignited and ashed over, turn the gas burners off and cook. Wood chunks can go straight into the charcoal, or use the integrated covered wood chip holder for soaked or unsoaked chips.
It is made for the LEX, BILEX and Rogue grills.
