These gloves are genuine grey cowhide leather with reinforced stitching. The fit leaves you enough dexterity to hold tools properly. A soft lining sits against your hands and adds another layer between you and the heat.
The extra long length is the part people notice. It covers your forearms as well as your hands, so reaching over hot coals, open flames, hot steam or hot cookware is far less of a problem.
Hanging loops keep them next to the barbecue instead of buried in a drawer. Pull them on for anything that comes off the grill hot.
